ALWAYS bring your glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses to eye examinations - ALWAYS. (New patients should bring contact lens packages/labels) Also, make a mental note of the contact lens solutions you use ....
REGARDING INSURANCE: There's a difference between major medical insurance and routine vision care coverage. Please call the office for help or questions to determine if we participate in your benefit plans ....We frequently give discounts when people choose to go out of network to see us .... And we do give discounts (not combinable with other benefits and discounts) to U.S. active duty, National Guard, and wounded and Disabled American Veterans ....
